Mike O’Neil’s friends and partners can try out the digital nomad life in a comfy, preplanned environment for 2 weeks to 2 months.

You will learn from me and others how to have a more fulfilling life — not far into the future — but NOW, while you are still young (a relative term), mobile, and working for a living by necessity or by choice.

This 2021 event is the 1st annual event and is a “trial run” for next year’s more formalized event. I spent 2 months in Costa Rica in early 2021, researching everything we need for such an event to be successful.

On my 2021 trip to 7 locations in Costa Rica, I was able to make all kinds of friends. But I wanted to experience Costa Rica with my friends and business partners that I feel would really enjoy the trip as much as me. I am hoping the trip will spawn new business possibilities for everyone as we get to know one another really well. Nobody will ever be lonely.

This is also an educational event, with attendees serving as presenters of their craft, teaching insider tricks. We will be filming and taking photos that you can keep. Topics are not necessarily business topics; they are whatever the group wants. Outside presenters will be brought in to educate us on Costa Rica, the Spanish language, attractions, and more.

Multiple Locations - beaches and mountain

We will be visiting a number of locations in Costa Rica – beaches, volcanos, mountains, rainforest, more beaches. Enjoy the longer stay where you can really get to know Costa Rica and make friends with the locals.

Conveniences

Enjoy group lunches, dinners, nightlife out on the town, recreational outings, and adventures with the others. I have already done or scouted out many of these so we are not sidelined by anything. We will be traveling about in shared cabs mostly, but there will still be quite a bit of walking.

Each location includes comfy coworking spaces with high-speed internet, power, offices, etc. They also have lots of interesting places to do your work both on campus and out in town.

We have a little trick to get really low rates for accommodations – booking at Selina hostels by the month. The hostels include everything we need: coliving, coworking, restaurant, bar, live music, pool, and concierge. Selina hostels are truly exceptional, yet down-to-earth.

This trip will give you memories you treasure so much that you may want to return to this annual event every year like me.
